About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients calling our primary care offices, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with scheduling and general inquiries. This position is based in our corporate office and plays a vital role in supporting patient care and access.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
  • Previous call center, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls for multiple primary care locations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Assist patients with general questions regarding services, providers, and office information
  • Accurately document call information in the system
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide support to office staff as needed
