We’re looking for a motivated bilingual (Chinese or Russian speaking) Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) OR Russian
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortably discussing financial matters
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center or collections experience is a plus (not required – we train the right person)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding outstanding accounts
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Chinese or Russian and English
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account balances
  • Update customer records accurately in our system
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
