About The Position
The Bilingual Call Center / BDC Internet Sales Representative at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is responsible for managing internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and following up with unsold customers. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business through effective communication and service. The representative will work closely with the Internet Sales Director and contribute to the overall success of the Business Development Center (BDC).
