About The Position

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be on the front lines supporting pet parents and partners by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service. In this role, you’ll connect with customers through phone and email to answer questions, provide product or service information, place or update orders, and help resolve concerns. You’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences by listening closely, problem-solving with care, and ensuring every interaction feels supportive and professional.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in customer service experience
  • 1+ years as an agent at a consumer call center
  • 1+ years in use of basic computer skills/software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Talk with pet parents and others by telephone and email to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of
  • Assist with responding to incoming email requests.
  • Respond to customer questions online chat.
  • Log in client accounts any interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken.
  • General clerical functions include filing, faxing and mailing records.
  • Other duties or functions as requested.
