About The Position

In this role, you’ll serve as the essential link between customers and their future vehicle. You’ll assist buyers by answering questions about our dealership, our lineup of new vehicles, and the purchase process. You’ll stay up-to-date on the latest models and cutting-edge automotive technologies. To help you succeed, our in-house training team provides comprehensive support, including both online and in-store manufacturer-backed training programs. As a Business Development Center (BDC) Associate , you’ll manage a high volume of daily calls while delivering exceptional service to every customer. You’ll help prospective buyers with their questions, schedule appointments, and guide them through their vehicle purchase needs—all by phone, text, and video. Your ability to communicate clearly and build rapport ensures a smooth and positive experience every time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of BDC experience required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Available to work on Saturdays
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Telemarketing experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
