About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Raleigh, NC (27604).
This role is ideal for a bilingual candidate who values consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful connection while working one-on-one with a client in a home setting.
This position offers a stable weekday schedule with competitive compensation based on certification level.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
In-home services
Compensation:
Behavior Technician (BT): $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active RBT certification required for RBT-level pay
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
