Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as Non‑Certified Middle Tier Supervisors . This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive high‑quality supervision from experienced BCBAs. This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth. Beachmont Behavioral Health is a provider of person-centered applied behavior analysis for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development
  • Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care

Responsibilities

  • Assist BCBAs with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs
  • Provide clinical support and modeling to direct care staff (e.g., RBTs/Behavior Technicians)
  • Collect, review, and summarize data to support treatment planning decisions
  • Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings
  • Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance
  • Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies
