About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English / Spanish
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
