Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the car-buying process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales goals
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle knowledge and promotions
