Requirements
- Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
- A passion for people, performance, and personal development
- Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
Responsibilities
- Managing & engaging with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media
- Matching Guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
- Shooting quick video walkarounds and sending to interested buyers
- Preparing and presenting vehicles for test drives
- Guiding Guests through the full sales journey — from first touch to delivery
- Staying up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handling objections with confidence
- Building long-term Guest relationships and developing a personal book of repeat business
- Assisting with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up communications
