Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - required!
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive commercial sales experience - required
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and fleet solutions.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying potential commercial clients, including fleet managers, contractors, small business owners, and more.
  • Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to build trust and rapport with a diverse customer base.
  • Developing smart strategies to attract and secure new commercial business.
  • Becoming the go-to vehicle expert by understanding your clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Preparing professional, customized proposals and quotes.
  • Staying informed on the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and product innovations.
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals with confidence.
  • Supporting the growth of our Commercial Sales Department with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
