Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.
• A positive attitude and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the car-buying process and deliver an outstanding experience at every step.
• Communicate the unique value of Hertrich dealerships to prospective customers.
• Work with guests to assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present various automotive models, features, and benefits to match customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for every transaction.
• Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete all paperwork and computer entries accurately.
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
