About The Position
All Approved Autoworks, LLC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Auto Sales Associate to join our team at our Buy Here/Pay Here car dealership located in Orlando, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. As a Bilingual Auto Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience while purchasing a vehicle. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. You will be expected to build rapport with clients, answer their questions, and provide them with the necessary information about our vehicles and financing options. Although prior sales experience is not required, a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and customer satisfaction. This position requires in-person work, and you will have the opportunity to earn supplemental pay through bonuses and commission based on your sales performance.
