The hours of the job are firm, Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6 PM CT, but your location can be flexible as we are a remote first company and you will be afforded the luxury of working from home full time without in office or travel expectations. Auto Approve provides Loan Consultants with warm leads from motivated customers who have contacted us to save money on their auto loan. Loan Consultants are responsible for following up with our customer leads and facilitating the communication between the customer and the lending institution. The LC provides the customer with refinancing options, benefits or refinancing, informs the customer about additional ancillary auto protection products we offer, and collects the necessary documentation to fund the loan. There is no prospecting or cold calling, all potential customers are already approved for refinancing, and you will explain the benefits, walk them through the process and close! This role is Base Salary + Commission. An average Loan Consultants can expect to earn $100K a year, and our top 10% are earning $175K+ by helping customers refinance their cars. To get there, Auto Approve ensures that our LCs are set up for success from Day-1 with a robust paid training program. You’ll learn & earn! New hires can expect to start earning performance bonuses in their first month of employment and to be hitting OTE after 3 months.

Requirements

  • Bilingual work experience in both Spanish and English
  • 2 + years of experience in a sales-based and/or or metrics-driven work environment required
  • Ability to be on the phone for 5+ hours daily required
  • Industry experience is NOT required – if you’re a self-starter, have a positive attitude and are ambitious & accountable, we’d love for you to apply!
  • Ability to follow process and execute on call script & checklist
  • High attention to detail
  • Be coachable, ability to learn and adapt
  • High energy and a customer focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills required with the ability to handle a dual monitor set up while managing multiple systems/windows
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred

Responsibilities

  • During your first 60 days you’ll receive best in class training centered around the industry, systems, tools, process, procedure, compliance, and selling the deal.
  • When you hit the phones, you will be following up on your warm leads via telephone, text messaging, and e-mail communication; you’ll average 5+ hours of talk time and dozens of individual outreach connections per day
  • Interviewing and verifying customer provided information
  • Assisting customers by facilitating their auto loan refinance with our lending partners
  • Selling auto refinance options, along with GAP and Warranty insurance
  • Meeting pre-determined goals established by management
