The Bilingual Associate Patient Care Coordinator serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service, assisting with scheduling registration, and ensuring smooth patient flow in the clinic. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel within 5-15-mile radius as needed to sister clinics
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality and care and concern with each and every internal and external customer
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner, following all Company policies and procedures
  • Uses, protects, and discloses patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
  • Responsible to accurately perform and professionally monitor the handling of all front desk operations; including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors all incoming telephone calls for prompt and courteous handling
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner following all policies and procedures
  • Assists with the inventory, maintenance of business office supplies and the compilation of business office reports
  • Assists in the completion of assigned administrative reports according to Company procedure
  • Assists Supervisor and Center Administrator with contacting all new members for prompt scheduling
  • Sustain consistent, punctual and reliable attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
