About The Position

With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be willing to work retail shifts and hours.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute store manager’s duties when the store manager isn’t present.
Help drive a positive sales culture in the store.
Be a top sales producer with Mobility, Internet, TV, and related products and services.
Deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
Execute the daily sales program.
Fill down time with prospecting activities.
Attend sales-related rally calls and meetings.
Accelerate your paycheck with cold calling and additional outside sales activities.
Assist the Store Manager with operational duties.
Be an outstanding, outgoing, and energetic person with high values and work ethic.
