Responsibilities include following cash depositing procedures, protecting company assets, using judgment to prevent fraudulent purchases, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of opening/closing checklists. Immediate communication of inventory deficiencies and safeguarding codes/passwords are also crucial. The role also involves maintaining store appearance and completing all required training within established timelines. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager must follow company policies, accurately record time and attendance, adhere to schedules, and take personal responsibility for problems within their control.
