About The Position
Bilingual Apartment Leasing $48k Base ($75k with bonus) | Promotions in 12 months Are you Bilingual? Can you sell anything? If you prove yourself through great performance, you can be promoted to be a manager. Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team. We are searching for a Leasing Associate to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It’s a very simple job. Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end. Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property. Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover. Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments What We’re Looking For 3+ years of active sales 3+ years of marketing and social media experience Strong communication skills A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required Ready to Join a High-Energy, Fast-Growing Company? Requirements
- 3+ years of active sales
- 3+ years of marketing and social media experience
