About The Position

We are seeking Field Operations Team Members to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. Shift Transit North America's leading operator of urban bicycle share programs. Shift Transit is proud to be the operation partner for BIKETOWN, Portland's bike and scooter-share system. Shift Transit has years of experience planning, implementing, and operating bicycle share programs across North America.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid and active driver's license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to use technology provided by the company.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
