Requirements
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Basic math skills (7th/8th grade level).
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests with bike rentals, ensuring proper fit and safety.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain inventory and organize the shop for an inviting guest experience.
- Promote additional hotel amenities, dining, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest inquiries promptly.
- Ensure the shop is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
- Help with opening/closing duties and participate in team meetings.
- Monitor and report unsafe conditions or inventory needs.
