About The Position

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates a guest for life. This individual will join the outdoor adventure team. A passion for mountain biking and outdoor recreational activities is a plus! WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Responsible for opening/closing sweep of trails Provide exceptional guest service, education, and safety awareness throughout the bike park Responsible for proper inspection and testing of features Provide guests with guided tours and instruction Monitor guest traffic on trails for safety and mechanical issues Set up and dispatch rental bikes Cleaning of rental bikes Repair of rental and guest’s bikes Takes lead in answering any guest inquiries and any guest recovery that may arise Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in adverse weather conditions WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: We offer the opportunity to join a growing company with over 40 years in the hospitality industry and be a part of setting a new standard of excellence in guest satisfaction. Requirements

The desire to be an integral part of a growing team that creates exciting bike trails for our guests
Must be able to confidently ride all-terrain at Blue Mountain Resort
Ability to interact with the public and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner
Must have an innovative, creative mindset
The ability to work both independently and within a team, often with little supervision
Must 16 years of age

Bike repair knowledge a plus
