Requirements

• Experience with bikes, whether maintaining your own or in a professional setting (preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Available weekday daytime hours.
• Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods.
• Internet access with an active email address.
• Android or iOS smartphone and/or tablet for wireless reporting.
• Reliable transportation, some travel involved.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a professional assembly role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive training on bike assembly and related products.
• Work independently and utilize reliable transportation to reach designated stores.
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction through exceptional service and craftsmanship.
• Report client work completions on the same day as service.
