Requirements

6+ years of experience designing big data solutions.
3+ years of AWS architecture experience.
Proficient in the end-to-end data platform lifecycle.
Experience with advanced data warehouse architecture.
Hands-on with Spark/PySpark optimization at scale.
Experience with streaming architectures and AWS integrations.
Expert-level skills in Python for distributed systems.
Strong governance and Data-as-a-Product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Guide Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives.
Translate customer requirements into a workable backlog for engineers.
Delegate tasks to engineers to ensure project completion.
Lead architecture discussions and backlog grooming sessions.
Apply understanding of DevOps pipelines across various phases.
Troubleshoot issues in dev, test, and production environments.
Automate software testing at various levels and monitor results.
Write production quality code with unit and integration tests.
Collaborate on delivering cloud native applications on AWS.
Document designs, processes, and communicate effectively.
Mentor peers and stay updated with new technologies.
Coach less experienced team members.
