Why This Role Matters This is a hybrid role, with responsibilities in Bids and Client Services. The Representative will be responsible for understanding and assisting with the execution of all bidding channels. In advance of the sale this person will assist in processing telephone and absentee bids; Christie's LIVE registrations and troubleshooting; compiling and archiving sale records. They will collaborate with other Bid Department coordinators to create a seamless pre-sale/sale day/post-sale schedule. The Representative will also be responsible for assisting the Client Service Center as necessary in both front and back of house capacities. Duties to be performed in full compliance with department standards, including teamwork, high level of client service, accuracy, attendance and punctuality. Time between Bids and Client Services will be determined and scheduled by Department Supervisor(s).
