About The Position

The L10 In-House Biddable Media Manager will oversee the operational execution of NA in-house biddable media buying, ensuring campaigns are deployed efficiently, budgets are managed, and media performance meets expected KPIs. This role provides high-level oversight of day-to-day operations, manages the in-house team at an operational level, and ensures adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in digital and programmatic media, with both agency and client-side exposure.
  • Strong experience within FMCG or multi-brand environments, managing high-volume, performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proven ability to lead in-housing or large-scale media buying operations, delivering measurable ROI and productivity gains.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting, budget pacing, cost efficiency, and media productivity tracking.
  • Hands-on expertise across DSP ecosystems (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP), retail media, and ad verification/automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of audience strategy, segmentation, first-party data usage, and frequency management.
  • Strong grounding in media governance and compliance, including brand safety, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), fraud prevention, and viewability.
  • Experience building and managing small to mid-sized media operations teams, driving performance excellence and process discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and enable operational transformation in a matrix setup.
  • Working knowledge of media measurement, attribution models, and test-and-learn methodologies.
  • Passion for understanding various consumer segments in markets and their media behaviors
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills needed to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Very strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
  • Good at data analysis with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns, ensuring high-quality, timely deployment.
  • Establish operational standards, processes, and KPIs for campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI, and performance tools to maximize efficiency and media ROI.
  • Provide senior oversight for complex campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational best practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with media governance standards, including brand safety, privacy, fraud prevention, and audit requirements.
  • Define operational controls, exception management, and reporting frameworks to safeguard media spend and performance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational, compliance, or vendor issues across the NA in-house media function.
  • Own financial oversight of campaign budgets, pacing, and media productivity, driving measurable ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Track and validate campaign-level performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Partner with LG1 to support productivity measurement, cost optimization, and attribution of savings.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the NA in-house media operations team (analysts, ops specialists) to ensure operational excellence and career growth.
  • Build a high-performing team culture, embedding best practices, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with LG1 to define team capability plans, training programs, and succession pipelines.
  • Serve as the senior operational liaison to Brand, Media Lead, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams.
  • Represent in-house media execution in senior forums, providing insight on campaign performance, risk, and operational recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and platforms, ensuring SLA compliance and operational alignment.
  • The role will support the LG1 in providing directions to the media agenda for GCC NA media team
  • Develop team capabilities, motivation and engagement levels
  • Support subordinates and peers through mentoring & coaching in growing their functional and capabilities
  • Set and monitor performance goals for evaluation of direct subordinates
  • Provide timely feedback on team member performance
  • Build meaningful developmental paths for subordinates
  • Support team motivation and retention
  • All projects are closed within the agreed timelines, within predefined scope and with high quality
  • Error-free deliverables to further drive capacity efficiencies within the serviced entities

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
