About The Position
COLSA is seeking high-performing, degree-seeking college interns for the Summer 2026 term (June 1–July 31). Interns will gain hands-on experience through meaningful work that directly supports COLSA’s mission and the business operations of our Bid & Proposal Team at our Corporate Office in Huntsville, Alabama. Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide range of duties in the field, including providing formatting, editing/proofreading, and writing portions of proposal documents
- Assist with creation and analysis of routine projects, programs, policies and procedures. Examples include generating proposal schedules and charts to be presented to internal management, and/or the proposal team.
- Perform assigned intern projects and follows them to completion. Examples include assisting in report generation, data collection, and updating company databases.
- Support Proposal Team employees in research activities, document generation, proof-reading, and configuration control and management of proposal artifacts.
