About The Position
Join our Team at Ericsson as a Bid & Proposal Coordinator Intern for Summer 2025 in Plano, TX. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Bid and Proposal Management organization, where you will play a crucial role in driving automation and simplification within the proposal management process. As an intern, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies such as the Ericsson AI application playground, Microsoft Power BI Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate to enhance our operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather use cases and identify areas within the proposal management process that can benefit from automation and AI applications approved by Ericsson. You will assist in evaluating and selecting AI tools and technologies that align with our organizational goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks such as data entry, document generation, and approval processes. Additionally, you will conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of AI-driven automation on efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings within the organization. Working closely with stakeholders, you will define requirements, develop project plans, and track progress towards milestones. You will also assist in creating training materials and documentation to support the adoption of AI applications among team members. Collaboration with internal and external partners will be essential to continuously improve AI models and algorithms based on user feedback and performance metrics. Staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in AI, automation, and proposal management will allow you to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
