Job Summary Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to help make communities safer and more sustainable. Electric vehicle experience is not required. However, experience (professional or hobby-based) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is highly valued.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style
- Comfortable using smartphone applications and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
- Basic knowledge of electronics
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
- Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
- Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates
- Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution
- Support additional operational duties as assigned
