About The Position

We're seeking a BI Solutions Engineer with solid experience in Power BI, Power Automate, and data modeling to help us build efficient, scalable analytics infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience who's ready to take ownership of dataflows, automation, and backend BI architecture-working alongside a dedicated Data Analyst focused on reporting and insights. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in BI development, preferably with Power BI and Power Platform
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and relational data design
• Proven experience with Power Automate, including complex flow logic and integrations
• Familiarity with Power Apps for basic app development and form creation
• Experience with SQL and cloud-based data sources (e.g., Azure, SharePoint)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dataflows to support scalable and reusable data pipelines
• Develop and optimize semantic data models for reporting and analytics
• Design and manage Power Automate flows to streamline data refreshes, notifications, and business processes
• Support light development and integration of Power Apps for internal tools and data capture
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure alignment between data models and reporting needs
• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud platforms
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, performance issues, and automation failures
• Document processes and provide training/support to business users as needed
