About The Position

We are seeking an experienced BI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions across reporting, analytics, automation, and data visualization platforms. This role will be responsible for defining the BI architecture strategy, establishing governance frameworks, designing scalable data models, and delivering high -performance analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles, including architectural responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in: Power BI (Development & Administration)
• DAX and Power Query
• Dimensional Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Proven experience integrating BI solutions with diverse enterprise data sources.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading BI initiatives end -to -end.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure data services and cloud -based BI platforms.
• Exposure to additional BI/analytics tools.
• Power BI certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise BI architecture vision and roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, and high -performance BI solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Establish architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices across BI initiatives.
• Architect and develop robust dimensional data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of data structures.
• Lead the development of interactive dashboards and executive -level reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions with strong focus on usability and insight generation.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate BI platforms with enterprise data sources including databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and refresh strategies.
• Optimize datasets, queries, and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for DAX calculations, data modeling, and query efficiency.
• Design and enforce data security frameworks including Row -Level Security (RLS) and access control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to align BI solutions with strategic objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to BI developers and analysts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, data models, standards, and implementation guidelines.
