From collecting and analyzing data, to designing and developing visually appealing reports, your work will help us continue to deliver the exceptional financial protection our group members deserve!

Requirements

  • 1+ years proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis or related field required alongside familiarity with basic data analysis techniques and reporting tools and proficiency in SQL and basic data visualization tools such as power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • BA in Business; Computer Science; Data Science or related field/ MS preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Some insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis/Interpretation: Collects and analyzes data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Interprets data sets and transforms them into clear, concise, and meaningful reports. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Report Design & Development: Designs and develops visually appealing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools. Programs and maintains report templates, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Creates customized reports that meet the specific needs of different departments and stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Follows data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Identifies data inconsistencies or anomalies and works with relevant teams to address and resolve them. Follows report development and data analysis processes.
  • Communication: Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven solutions that align with business objectives. Communicates data analysis findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Other Duties as Required: Job may require fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.
