About The Position

Blossman Gas & Appliance seeks customer-oriented applicants looking for a professional growth opportunity to apply for the position of CSR-Branch Administrator at our retail location in Margate, FL. We are America's largest, independent propane company with more than 80 locations in 12 states. Our Branch Administrators are the primary, first line of contact for our customers. They answer the phones, coordinate the daily closeout and deposit, post payments, schedule gas deliveries and other services, and promote/sell Blossman's core line of appliances and services. The position blends customer-care, computer work, and consultative selling.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college or earned degree helpful.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced, retail setting.
• Enjoy helping customers; being solutions minded.
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Reliable with a solid work ethic.
• Desire to work M-F from 8-5 with occasional overtime as requested.
• Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment steps.

• Some college or earned degree in Business Administration.
