The organization is launching the King Solutions Internship Program (KSIP) and is actively seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Intern for the upcoming summer. This internship offers a practical, hands-on experience, allowing the intern to collaborate with seasoned data developers on production-level projects that will directly influence the company's decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate junior/senior or graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong coursework or practical experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical problem-solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python or other programming languages.
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of GitHub for version control.
• Interest in the Supply Chain or Logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our warehouse.
• BI Development: Assist in building and maintaining live dashboards (Power BI) and reports.
• Exploratory Research: Support exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and process improvements.
• Documentation: Help document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic for long-term reusability.
• Collaboration: Participate in daily team standups and present final project outcomes to BIA leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
