The BI Engineer / Visualization & UX Focus is responsible for analytics and design. They build executive dashboards, embedded operational reports, and story-driven visualizations that help our stakeholders act with confidence. The role involves building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI, collaborating with the Product Owner and stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences, ensuring consistency in themes, layouts, and visuals across reports, training business users on self-serve capabilities and insights exploration, and supporting operational teams with ad hoc analysis and report enhancement. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
