Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes, designing data models, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and optimizing BI solutions. The role requires skills in SQL, data warehousing, BI tools like Looker or Power BI, and data modeling, with Python and ETL tools like Airflow being beneficial.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). Experience with scripting languages like Python is a plus.
- Data Modeling: Strong skills in data modeling, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
- Experience: Typically requires at least 2 years of experience in a BI engineering or data analysis role.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Tools: Experience with tools such as Airflow, dbt, and Databricks is highly encouraged.

- Data Integration and Management: Building and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines.
- Data Modeling: Designing and implementing data models for efficient reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
