About The Position

The BI Developer will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders within the cohort to identify key business challenges and opportunities for optimization. The role involves using data-driven methodologies to develop impactful solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making. The BI Developer will design and build dynamic, user-friendly data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the position requires conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth, while maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL.
• Hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer.
