About The Position

We are seeking a BI Developer to join a data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) development team supporting our federal customer’s financial dashboard and reporting system. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and expand their career . Responsibilities: Design and maintain BI solutions using modern tools, with a preference for WebFOCUS or similar platforms. Develop and optimize ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data Create and enhance data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support business reporting and analytics. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance through testing, tuning, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs. Support cloud-based data warehousing and integration initiatives to improve scalability and automation. Apply data management, warehousing, and best-practice standards across the BI environment. Qualifications: BI Development experience required (we are open to training and mentoring the right candidate). Strong communication skills and ability to produce and present findings to technical teams and leadership. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills. Top Secret clearance required. Ability to work onsite in Washington DC at the client's office.
