About The Position

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing reports, metrics, and analytics to gather and present data from various enterprise systems. The position will also work to ensure that data is accurate and complete.

Requirements

3-5 Years experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tool
2-3 Years Azure in Synapse or Data Factory
3-5 Years SQL experience
2 Years Data Modeling
2-3 Years Agile tool use like DevOps, Jira, Monday
Collaboration Skills, Communication Proficiency and Customer/Client Focus.
Leadership, Decision Making and Ethical Conduct.
Problem Solving and Thoroughness.
Project Management and Time Management.
Data and Programming Logic.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Must be a strong critical thinker.
Great attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field, and/or equivalent work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with PowerBI.
Knowledge of SQL and Query Design.
Must be fluent in English, i.e., must be able to speak, read and write English.

Nice To Haves

1+ Years Databricks or similar (preferred)
1+ Years Power Platform (preferred)
A valid driver's license and a clean motor-vehicle record preferred.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a reporting team to field various reporting needs.
Learn and work with new reporting systems to fit business needs.
Perform quality assurance on new reports and changes to reports.
Design and create reports for internal departments.
Maintain data integrity to ensure data is accurate and complete.
Identify missing or incorrect data and how to correct the data going forward by working with end users and managers.
Update existing reports.
To produce Ad-hoc reports when requested.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Test and maintain data software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Experience presenting to and getting buy in from senior management and executive leadership
Design and implement robust data models following industry‑standard techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling) to ensure scalable, query‑friendly data warehouses and analytics solutions.
Ability to perform tasks related to discovery including interviewing product owners, stakeholders, and end users to determine needs, assess viable solutions, and present findings
