This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a BI Data Analyst with Tableau/Qlik in the United States. As a BI Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics, dashboards, and scorecards that measure performance across digital and omni-channel experiences. The role involves analyzing large-scale datasets, developing KPIs, and visualizing trends to provide a complete 360° view of customer interactions. You will leverage advanced BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or ThoughtSpot, and utilize SQL and cloud-based platforms to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting. This position offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, optimize customer journeys, and support executive-level stakeholders with impactful data insights.

  • Collaborate with digital and omni-channel stakeholders to define analytics requirements and baseline metrics.
  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, or Looker to track KPIs, customer engagement, and journey metrics.
  • Source, validate, and analyze data from multiple repositories, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Perform path analysis, cohort segmentation, and SQL automation to extract meaningful insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and measure the success of new releases or campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare executive-level scorecards and dashboards, maintain KPI definitions, and support data governance initiatives.
  • Combine data from multiple channels to create a holistic 360° view of customer journeys and business performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees in business, analytics, information systems, or related fields are a plus.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Teradata, BigQuery, Hadoop/Hive, or EDW.
  • Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, or Looker.
  • Experience with A/B testing, KPI measurement, and customer journey analytics across omni-channel environments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics or statistical tools such as R, Python, Spark, and experience with ML concepts is a plus.
  • Prior experience in digital, assisted, and cross-channel analytics, including NPS scorecards, customer experience, and revenue/churn analysis.
