We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with strong hands -on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design, implement, and govern enterprise -scale Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves defining BI architecture, optimizing data models, ensuring performance, and driving best practices across analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong hands -on experience with Microsoft Fabric
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
  • Expertise in data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with ETL / ELT processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure Data Services (ADLS, Synapse)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI (Azure DevOps, Git)
  • Experience in BI modernization or legacy migration projects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview

Responsibilities

  • Design end -to -end BI architecture using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake) and Power BI
  • Architect and develop scalable semantic models and enterprise datasets
  • Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Develop complex DAX calculations and advanced data models
  • Implement Row -Level Security (RLS) and Object -Level Security (OLS)
  • Ensure performance optimization through aggregation, incremental refresh, and query tuning
  • Define BI governance standards, deployment strategies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions
  • Lead and mentor BI developers and analysts
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews
