We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with strong hands -on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design, implement, and govern enterprise -scale Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves defining BI architecture, optimizing data models, ensuring performance, and driving best practices across analytics platforms.

Requirements

Strong hands -on experience with Microsoft Fabric
Advanced expertise in Power BI
Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
Expertise in data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with ETL / ELT processes

Nice To Haves

Experience with Azure Data Services (ADLS, Synapse)
Knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI (Azure DevOps, Git)
Experience in BI modernization or legacy migration projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview

Responsibilities

Design end -to -end BI architecture using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake) and Power BI
Architect and develop scalable semantic models and enterprise datasets
Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
Develop complex DAX calculations and advanced data models
Implement Row -Level Security (RLS) and Object -Level Security (OLS)
Ensure performance optimization through aggregation, incremental refresh, and query tuning
Define BI governance standards, deployment strategies, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions
Lead and mentor BI developers and analysts
Conduct architecture and design reviews
