Banesco USA is seeking a BI Analyst for our Business Intelligence unit. The BI Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining bank reports, applications, and interfaces as well as streamline the business process. This role involves performing complete and specific programming activities, creating solutions to enhance and support the business activities, and executing the administration, maintenance, and management of the data and data storage environment. The analyst must adhere to the design and coding standards of the bank to ensure the solution and environment integrity meets business requirements. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the support of systems to ensure applications operability and reliability, structuring tasks, managing time effectively, and documenting functional requirements and solution designs. The BI Analyst will also analyze problems outside the initiatives assigned and propose solutions for efficiency improvements, support business units with various reports, assist in project participation, and coach and mentor team members.
