You’ll help create a digital twin of our organization in Palantir Foundry, moving beyond traditional reporting toward scalable, model-driven analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, or related field
Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering/Development, Software Architecture
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Strong proficiency with Power Query or other data mining software
Experience in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Palantir Foundry (or similar enterprise data/analytics platforms).
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, especially Snowflake.
Exposure to ELT / data integration tools such as Fivetran (or similar).
Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI / Power BI Fabric (or comparable BI tools).
Comfort using low-code / no-code tools to automate workflows, build lightweight apps, or support data processes.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to uncover operational and strategic questions
Design and build data models and insights that drive smarter decisions
Contribute to our digital transformation by modeling processes and systems in Palantir Foundry
Work on both quick turn analyses and long-term strategic initiatives
Help evolve BI practices away from heavy reporting toward platform-driven solutions
