About The Position

Member of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for: responding to the therapeutic and case management needs of identified children and their families; maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting and/or case management experience.
  • Position has a flexible 40 hours/week schedule and on-call crisis response availability
  • requires valid driver’s license and PA Act 33 Child Abuse, PA Act 34 Criminal Records, and FBI Criminal Background Check clearances.

Nice To Haves

  • Education related to children or human services, and knowledge of the community preferred.
