About The Position

The Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lawrenceburg provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. The role involves developing patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassessing treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, the social worker may provide initial patient assessments. Participation in performance improvement activities and assisting in the interpretation of performance improvement data is expected. If qualified, the social worker may also provide clinical supervision. The therapist will see patients of all ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

Requirements

• Masters degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities
