Redesign Workflows – Innovate and standardize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and program outcomes across multiple service lines. Own Billing & Attestation – Take charge of attestation submissions and billing oversight, ensuring timely reimbursement and smooth operations. Guide & Influence Teams – Act as the go-to expert for program regulations, supporting staff, leadership, and cross-functional teams with insight and solutions. Shape Learning & Growth – Conduct audits, identify education opportunities, and mentor colleagues to reinforce best practices and elevate team performance. Stay Connected to Care – Maintain a small pediatric panel to keep your work grounded in real-world patient experiences and program complexities. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required. Minimum of three years’ experience in a primary healthcare or related professional setting. including experience in supporting multiple program and service lines. Experience working with MaineCare and/or Acentra systems required. Preparation with MHRT/C certification and/or PACE or Lean Six Sigma preferred. Knowledge of medical and mental health terminology. Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required.
