About The Position

The Homemaker will assist with housekeeping and dietary duties in their assigned Health Center neighborhood. The most significant duties have been included in this description. This does not preclude the assignment of occasional additional or developmental duties. The organization reserves the right to modify this job description as needed to accurately reflect duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents during non-meal and scheduled cleaning times, to include participating in individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist with dining room tasks as needed. Duties include setting up dining areas for meal times as well as clearing and cleaning tables after meals.
• Clean and maintain the environment of the neighborhood, including deep cleaning of resident rooms. Clean neighborhood shower rooms on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Assist with resident laundry.
• Other duties as assigned.
