Our program offerings include detoxification, inpatient treatment, methadone and Suboxone maintenance therapy, outpatient treatment and halfway and transitional housing.   • Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance.
  • Assists with Interviewing and Hiring BHT's.
  • Assists with employee disciplinary actions.
  • Develops employee schedule.
  • Assists with interventions with clients.
  • Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Attends facility meetings and coordinates BHT department meetings.
  • Assign, monitor, and complete all required trainings for self and third shift BHTs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
