JOB SUMMARY:
This position supports Risk and Quality/PI initiatives within the hopsital as delegated by the Director of Risk/PI. Responsibilities include active participation in program fidelity committee, chart audits, data entry and spreadsheet management. Assists in incident investigations as needed. Provides back up support to court liaison, new employee orientation, and Director of Risk/PI. Serves on the Administrator-On-Call rotation.

Requirements

• Education: Bacherlor's degree required in social services related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in risk managmenet, behavioral health, and/or performance management.
• Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft office and Excel spreadsheets.
