About The Position

BGS-G ERP Project Management Specialist (Project Scheduler) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Project Management Specialist (Project Scheduler) to join our team in San Antonio, TX . Position Responsibilities: Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels

Requirements

• Experience and / or knowledge of project management software (Open Plan Professional, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Strong computer skills, particularly MS Project
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to build rapport across all levels of the business
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Knowledge of project/program management
• Experience in scheduling

Responsibilities
