About The Position

Assists supervisor by ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Assists in coordinating with other departments (such as costumer service, logistics, procurement, etc) to ensure a smooth flow of materials needed for production. Will assist in training new distribution center staff and will provide ongoing feedback to existing employees to enhance their skills and productivity. May be required to troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions to minimize downtime. Will help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Assists in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize storage space and reduce waste. All other job duties as assigned
